WARRANTY TERMS
Our transmissions are covered by a 1 year/ 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) limited warranty . Our goal is 100% customers satisfaction which is why we go the extra mile to resolve any issues accordingly.
Warranty Conditions
Magic Trans will only honor warranty claims from the original purchaser. Introducing a 3rd party, such as a shop or installer, will void the warranty. Introducing a 3rd party removes the ability to control handling and proper installation. The 1 year/12,000 miles (whichever comes first) limited warranty covers your specific assemblies against defective materials and workmanship- parts and labor-. Magic Trans will not pay for the removal or re-installation from a 3rd party installer, we are only responsible for the transmission rebuild cost (parts and labor). Limited warranty does not apply to failure caused by customer abuse, accident, or alterations.
Bad Installation
Your warranty will automatically be voided on a bad installation.
Burned Transmissions
Not applying the correct amount of fluid/oil to your transmission and not flushing the cooler/transmission lines during installation will cause your transmission to burn and your warranty will be voided
Electrical Parts
Magic Trans does not provide warranty on any Electrical Parts.
